Faith Formation
2011-2012 Registration for Faith Formation (Religious Education)
Registration materials have been mailed to all currently registered families in April. Please return completed (and signed) registration forms as soon as possible.
New families: Welcome! Registration forms can be picked up from the revolving display in the church vestibule, the Rectory office, printed from our website, or call the RE office at 847-244-9510; forms can also be mailed to your home.
Class session choices:
Sunday Family Faith Formation (meets about twice per month) 10:00
a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Families begin with prayer and a light breakfast.
Then, while children leave for class sessions, adults remain
for faith formation and faith sharing.
Children return for closing prayer together with parents.
First Communion Families meet
on three Sunday mornings during the first year of preparation; FC
Families in the second year of preparation meet on six Sunday
mornings. Most
gatherings are from 10:00- 11:00/11:30.

Tuesday Youth Faith Formation (meets weekly, September – May)
K – 3rd graders - 5:45
-7:15 p.m.
Wednesday Youth Faith Formation (meets weekly, September – May)
4th graders and up – 5:45 – 7:15 p.m.
2011-2012 Tuition & Fees:
1 Child - $150/year
2 Children - $210/year
3 or more Children - $250/year
$25 per child is to be paid at the time of registration.
All students/families must be registered prior to attending class.

time of your choice!
