What is IGNITE?

IGNITE is a celebration of the Spirit aimed towards confirmation candidates.  Primarily composed of 6th thru 8th graders.

This component of the St. Dismas youth ministry process is for the 8th grade youth who have made the decision to celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation.  Students entering the IGNITE process would begin in the Spring of the 6th grade and continue preparation/further introduction in the 7th grade, attending the fulltime St. Dismas Religious Studies Program.  7th and 8th grade participation will satisfy the two year Archdiocese Confirmation sacrament preparation requirement.

After completion of the IGNITE program, students may wish to continue on to the FLAME program
